Rspamd Console overview

    Questions before you deploy

Explore the capabilities, deployment requirements and access options for your mail operation.

    Where does Console run?

Console and its premium Rspamd plugins run on your own infrastructure. You control the mail data, retention and enabled integrations. The team helps assess compatibility and deployment requirements.

Can we deploy in an air-gapped environment?

Signed offline installation and update bundles are available, with local license verification. An isolated deployment needs locally provisioned models, reputation data and identity services as applicable. Hosted AI and online lookups require connectivity. Contact the team to scope available features and the update and support process for your environment.

    What does premium support include?

Work with the Rspamd core team on deployment, filtering investigations and tuning. Enterprise plans include priority support and SLA options. Agree coverage, response times and arrangements for restricted environments with the team.

    Can AI analysis run locally?

Local model endpoints are supported. Discuss available model weights and suitable GPU hardware for your workload with the team. Hosted services, including Jev for supported classification tasks, are optional and require a review of what data the enabled feature sends.

Does mail content leave my infrastructure?

You choose the analysis services you enable. Hosted AI features send the content needed for their task to the selected provider; local model endpoints are supported. Background analysis can run automatically when enabled. Review data handling before enabling a service.

Can customers manage their own filtering?

Tenant views provide customer-scoped access and self-service policy within limits set by the provider. Correct identity and traffic attribution must be configured before customer onboarding.

Can we integrate our own tools?

Yes. REST integrations support role- and tenant-scoped access. MCP connects trusted provider operators and customer-scoped agents through separate access controls. Subscriber guides cover setup and supported operations.

Can we recover every blocked message?

Recovery is available for messages retained by your quarantine policy, with a working release integration. Console cannot recover mail that was never captured or has expired.

    What access controls are available?

Console supports authenticated access, operator roles and supported tenant boundaries. Auditing depends on the installed capability. Deployment-specific access and audit requirements should be reviewed during setup.

    Does Console need internet access?

A connected deployment can use online updates, reputation services and optional hosted AI. An offline deployment uses transferred releases and locally available services. The deployment plan should cover data freshness, identity, model availability and how support can access the information you choose to share.

How do we evaluate or purchase Console?

Console is included in Enterprise and Hosted plans. Contact the Rspamd team to review your environment and arrange a demonstration or discuss an evaluation. Setup, integration and operating guides are available to accounts with Console documentation access.
